Directions For Beast Sports Nutrition Predator: As a dietary supplement, take up to 10 capsules 30 minutes prior to training.

Alternately you may begin with 6-8 capsules 30 minutes prior to training and adjust dosage according to desired level of training intensity.* Always consume Predator with at least 12 oz of water and continue to hydrate throughout your workout.

On non-training days, take 3-5 capsules in the morning and 3-5 capsules in the evening preferably with meals.
