Directions For Active Wrap Hot/Cold Packs:
Instructions for Cold Therapy-
Place ActiveWrap packs flat in freezer at least 2 hours before application. Entire pack may be stored in freezer (inside pouch) or kept at room temp for quick heating applications.

Instructions for Hot Therapy-
Remove insert from sleeve and immerse pack in mocromavable container filled with water. Heat gel pack in the water for 1-2 minutes until pack achieves even therapeutic tempurature. Remove from water and place in protective nylon sleeve.
