And is 5000 better then 2000?
And what are their differences(besides price)

the difference between the two is the amount of calories per daily serving i.e. 2000 or 5000. i would not bother with either of these products. you are better off going for something like n large by prolab or that sort of thing. something that is not loaded with sugar and shit to bump the calories up. you will just get fat

as with the message posted above i would also reccomend pro labs n-large II. its great it has 52 grams of protein and 89 grams of carbs per serving. and if you don't know thats an amazing amount, that will throw some weight on that skin and bones you call a body

STAY AWAY FROM THAT JUNK! IT IS ALL CARBS AND SUGAR! Eat 6 meals a day and take in 2X your bodyweight in protein and you will be good. I would use Proein shakes with low carbs (most are) like Met-Rx or Pure Protein. Don't take any of those "mass" gainers or you will gain the wrong kind of mass...fat.

Nah, Weider "Mega Mass" garbage just winds up using bigger scoops to pack on more calories. Why, for the love of all that is sacred someone would want to ingest 5000 calories of anything at one time is totally beyond me. You *might* take in 2000 of those calories before you excrete the rest into the toilet bowl. Besides, just look at how big the containers for the weider mass products are. In the next evolution you will have to have the thing loaded into your car with a forklift.

Personally, I eat 5 full meals a day, one MRP (Metabolol II, I'm an old schooler) and one whey protein shake just before bed. Now go in the gym and work for that muscle!

Agreed...stay away from those old-school sugary weight gainers. Take in around 1000 cals per shake...a serving of N Large 2 with a couple scoops of canola oil is perfect.
