please help me with this . i have brought met-rx micronized creatine like a month ago and have tried to use it like two times. i drink it right after working out .. but when i drink it my stomack pops out . and than i quiet . so please tell me should use it and how and when .? if i work out early morning and if usuggest me to driink it before working out should i drink it in empty stomach orwhat? and last question it says on the pack .. serving sze . i scop of 5g.. there is no scoop inside ..so please tell me how much is 5g .please someone help me?

I want to try Met-Rx Mass action, but I heard it is hard on your body. I sounds good because of containg creatine, HMB, and TMG. If its hard on your body, would it be a better idea to take each of these separate instead of in one compound?
