The usual dosage for HMB, is 3gr per day, and l guess that your pills are 250mg each one, and that means 12x250=3gr, so you are doing right.

Well, HMB has not totally been proven, in fact it is something Bill Phillips believe in strongly, and th rest of the supplement community copies. You're main focus should be protein and your meals. The creatine is decent, but i don't favor CellTech.
First off, protein consumption should be about 2g x your body weight, or about 360g/day if you're 180 lbs. This is about optimum for growth. Yeah, yeah, we know, people say that no more than 30g can be digested, but just think, you're body also needs protein for repair, too? So if you need it for your muscle and body, how can only 1.5 be enough? It isn't. And, protein is the best macronutrient to have in a diet if you want to cut. You can consume more and still maintain weight while not being so hungry.
Also, a good multivitamin is a plus. You don't need some supplement companies brand though, you can buy it at your local pharmacy, as long as you get all the recommended values.
Your most important supplement is nutrition and protein. You won't build muscle even if you took three hundred capsules of Andro, or even shot up AS. Muscle needs protein to grow, and aroud 2x body weight is great for growth.
Plus, don't overtrain. Meaning, lifting a body part once a week should be enough overload to produce awesome results in short time on a good diet.
Try GLUTAMINE, too. It is an amino acid that comprises 60-70% of the amino acids in the body, helps with recovery and growth hormone levels. I will tell you this, without protein, that stack will be ineffective, and you might as well not lift, because improper nutrition equals negative results.
Don't go and buy a shitload of supplements. A 5lb container of EAS Simply Protein or Prolab Protein is fine for a month. And you can buy a good Meal Replacement shake for &29.78 for 20 servings. Micronized creatine goes for about 20$ for about 110 servings. If you're curious where to find these supplements, write back, because most likely they will delete this thread if i advertise anyone else.

Good point andy, l do agree, that the first supplements should be at first a good protein powder (l am taking Prolab's 100% whey protein the last year and its very good), a good mineral/vitamin formula, and after that, if you can financially afford for more supplements, your first option should be a good creatine, then glutamine, and maybe at last HMB (since its also very expensive). l do believe andy that HMB it works since l have tried it also for myself, but l dont recommend someone to spend all his money in order to buy only HMB and to neglect other important supplement products.
