I am 120lbs, and take in about 130+grams of protien a day, but I also eat at most 2 apple, 1 orange, 1 banana, and 1 pear a day. I eat healthy and work out hard. I'm currently tryng to improve my six pack. Could all this fruit have any effect in a bad way? Can it counter the protein?

Too much sugar can interfere with protein metabolism. However, if you are active 5-6 days a week (like 3 days in the gym and 3 days doing cardio) then you should be burning off the excess carbs. If you want to be sure that the sugar doesn't convert to fat quite so easily, then you might consider taking the supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid (200 mg) with or just before your meals. This supplement will help prevent sugar from being stored as fat, and it will better allow protein to be used in the building of muscle. It's also a powerful antioxidant so it's healthy anyway.
Another approach is to decrease your cortisol levels especially if you are prone to overtraining. Cortisol is a substance in our body that is necessary in small degrees but if you have too much then your muscles may not develop as much as you might like. It forms as your body is exposed to stress (physical and mental). So, how often are you working out? Are you also doing cardio? That could be a factor in muscle development.
You didn't mention if you are male or female, and it might make a difference in your approach to dietary sugar, so if you would please respond and I'll tell you if you need to change anything.
Thanks. Hope that helps.
