hey whats up. I have a couple of questions about cell thech. Its say that you should load up on it for 5 days drinking 2 glasses a day. Is that true and is the loading phae needed. It also says that you should take it after a workout, Why after a workout, since its a creatine drink i figured you would take it before. And finnaly, if any of you got some good results using this product, please tell me how you took the cell tech. Thanx.

Yes, the loading phase is needed for optimal growth. It utilizes the chemicals in a more conservative way with the loading phase. You need to take the creatine 2 times a day with the loading phase, one after you workout and one in the morning. After the loading phase you need to take your regular dosage once a day, immediately after you workout, by doing this it replenishes you muscles for optimal growth. Everything is working, your heart is pumping, thus blood is flowing, and insuln is up resulting in maximum gains!

Thanks,
Caleb

Matt remember that after a hard workout, that is the time that your body starves to get any vitamin/amino-acid/protein/carb possible, and its THE ONLY TIME that you have to feed it with all these valuable nutrients, in order to prevent catabolism. (Thats why most of the supplements today are called "anti-catabolic"). Try to take all of them together 30-60 min after your work out. (lf you take also l-glutamine though, dont take it at the same time with creatine).

Creatine and Glutamine, both use the same pathway in to the muscle. Good advice

creatine and glutamine both use the same pathway in to the muscle. If you take them both at the same time, your short changing yourself. Good Advice

I've seen reference to this many times, but I haven't seen any science as to the reason why. I seem to get equal results with mixing them and with separating them. Do any of you know of any research showing the benefits of one over the other?

what about creatine and protien since a protien is made up of amino acids, and one of the aminos is gutatime...

C'mon guys, we're still waiting for an answer. Please don't tell me this was a hyped response.

Most people dont seem to realize is that creatine and glutamine are competing for the same transporter and the space inside the muscle cell. If you bombard your system with "effective" amounts of both of these compounds at the same time you are essence creating a metabolic traffic jam. It's like trying to drive two cars over a one lane bridge. One or even both will fall off and never make it to their destination. Sorry anon63 not an official research so far has made about that, but many bodybuilders will tell you also the same (till we have more research).

matt, i am a current cell tech user. this way is a more expensive way of using cell tech but it is more effective( atleast for myself and people i know). do the LOADING STAGE( 2 servings a day) for 2 whole weeks, non training and training days. then go off of cell tech for 2 weeks. then go back on again. MAKE SURE YOU DRINK LOTS OF WATER( 1 1/2 to 2 gallons a day) you should already be drinking atleast 1 a day now. give it a try, it is very effective.

The low-down : More blood , better transport. Tired muscles = hungry muscles. Postworkout window allows uptake of more than twice the amounts of normal.

Cell-Tech = waste of money. No better than regular creatine, unless you are fat. If not stack creatine postworkout with whey or weight gainer and 300 mcg of chromium picolinate. Its cheaper and just as effective. You should be cosuming simple sugars during training. So if you are insistent on takink CellTech, drink it during your workout, as it contains 75 grams of simple sugars. Your uptake will be better and allow you to drink a whey shake after your workout.

Cell-Tech is an excellent product as it added 25 pounds to my bench in a week and a half and helped me to overcome my plateaus.

i heard that the extra igredients in cell-tech take away from the creatine itself and may damage your kidneys. is this a fact or just fiction.

The extra ingredients are just gimmicks. They don't do squat, not to say certain ones won't do anything, but I am not going to get into that. Lets just say the amounts in there are not enough. They are just added to be added. Like the ZMA in Designer protein. Bad idea, but they do it to say hey look, my Protein has ZMA in it. But notice ZMA should be taken before bed on a empty stomach, and not with calcium. Notice it doesn't make sense to put it into a protein powder.
