stop reading your bio book. planet sterols are NOT steroids. just because they are based in the same category, they are not the same. and the steroid it is categorized in is NOT an anabolic steroid.

rna and dna are the building blocks of life. you know, genetics.

Sterols are a good supplement, just not as an anabolic aid.

DNA is desoxy ribonucleic acid, your genetic coding present in every cell. RNA is Ribonucleic acid, a way of transporting part of a DNA code into a new cell so the new cell can obtain all genetic information it needs. RNA forms new DNA.

Both consist of a sugar, desoxyribose or ribose, a phosphate ion and one of four key-ions that describe the type of DNA/RNA. By mixing them you form amino acid strains that are genetic codings.
