Whey protein drink for sure. One reason has to do with the price. Whey protein drink is cheaper from protein bars (per dosage), and also most of the good whey powders have less sugars, carbs and fat than any protein bar. The only good thing about protein bars, is that they are very convenient since you can take them wherever you are.

I think it depends on what you are using it for... if you are hiking than the bars are good cause they are fast but if you are at home than the drinks are good. I agree they are cheaper than the bars, its all a matter of convenience.

"isn't the fat content on the bars a bit higher than the drink/ per serving?" i usually see a bit more - i guess because it has to have some consistency and since it stays in your mouth a bit longer...it would have to taste better right from the beginning. i've always believed it easier to drink a not so good tasting shake then chew on a not so good tasting bar.

Does anyone know of any good tasting protein bars? I have been using pure protein bars and they are ok, but I am burned out on them.
Any suggestions?
