I am a little confused on when to take my creatine. I currently have a prolab creapure brand and on the instructions it says to take 2-3 servings daily.... But i heard the body cannot handle more than 10 grms daily and you are suppose to take one serving before and one after you workout.. THen I also heard you are just suppose to take one after work out.... someone help me here.... also does it depend on your weight ?

Matt take creatine every day, ALWAYS after your weight traing. lf you are taking the usual 5-6gr per day, hit for 4gr after your training, and 2gr first thing in the morning, with a high glycemix juice such as grape or apple juice. ln your non training days, take 3gr again first thing in the morning, and the next dose to be before you go to sleep.
