For the past couple of months, we have had a quite of few peole stress the issue that the same types of questions are being asked, and asked over and over again. Now, for new peopeople to the bodybuilding.com message borad, these people may not know how to find what they are looking for. So they will do what the rest of us would have done. Ask the question, and wait for a response. Now, for all of the new people on here day in and day out, 90% of the questions you want answered have already been answered. Just use the search link, and do a search. Say you are looking for any info on creatine. search, and type in creatine, and you will have hundreds of messages pop up. If you want it more detailed, put creatine + dextrose or what ever it may be. Now I am not telling people to stop asking, and stop posting. What I am trying to do is to make it a little easier on all of the people who respond to these questions.

Most of the time if it is a simple question you can find it by the search, and also in some of the articles written by peole on this site. I mean hey, if the there were no messages, there would be no message boards correct??

But if the question is- What does creatine do? Instead of waiting for a response, you can find it a lot more esier, and a lot more detailed. I will give you a couple of instances. Take the creatine one for example.

Go here- http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catcrea.htm

There you go. A lot easier, and quicker. Also you will get more info too.

Now, say you are looking for an article on supplements and the FDA. Go here- http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fitsupp.htm

Or say you are looking for info, and you are a teen. Go here- http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/

There is so much too this site that you can find what you need. Then if you have more questions, then post a message. Or, if you have a question that wasn't answered, want more opinions, or want to have a debate, and don't agree with something then post a message. But if it is a very simple and basic question it will save you a lot of time in asking, and you will find it quicker too.

Another example would be- does glutamine and creatine counteract each other, or does protein and creatine counteract, etc. etc. Stuff like this has been answered over a hundred times probably. With a quick click, and search you will find it. Then if you want more info, or want to extend the question, or find that it wasn't fully answered, then post a message.

Last but not least, if you have a question, that is asking about the "best product" remember, people will give opinions. So if you ask what is the best fat burner, you might get 10 different responses. And after you make a decision, you will have to decide for yourself.

I hope some of this up above will help people out who are new to the message boards, and will also make it so not so many of the same simple questions are asked a hundred times in a row.

If anyone has any comments about this message up above, please let me know under the post. After a few weeks, I will just keep the first message up.

Thanks,
