Out of these choices which would be the best to use and would give you the most gains and is worth the money and not bull shit.... Nitro Tech, Designer Protein, N Large 2, Phosphogain 2..... which is the best and also i would like to know which ones arent too great.....

Using the supplement guide paramid...you frist should add protien, creatine and glutamine next, and andro after if you think you need it.
if you have a fast motabolism and are looking to gain mass then definitally go w. the n large2...if you're metabolism is a little bit slower i would use the lo-carb protien powder..n large2 and phosphagen hp would be a great stack...

For mass is N-Large (also the best price), for protein+creatine is Phosphagen 2, when you diet the best is Designer protein, and about Nitro Tech sorry but l would not spend my money on that.

I highly recommend Designer Protein for adding mass. Having tried numerous protein powders, I have found that nothing compared to Designer Protein for absorption. Also, it mixes easily even without a blender. Met-RX in particular used to drive me crazy -- it's like cake batter!

Prolab N-Large2 has proving to me that it gives
you gains and mass, with the right diet & proper
exercise. I like to blend it with a banana & milk.
I've tried lots of protein, and Prolab N-Large2
works for me.

After a workout. Your body doesn't use protein as fuel during a workout, so you wouldn't need it then. Take it after.
