I have heard that this creatine is one of the best but before i buy it i was wondering if anyone has tried and how there results were and if there was even a better Creatine out there.

I like taking Met-Rx Micronized Creatine since a container of it lasts for 100 servings of 5 grams and it is really cheap. I like the results too. Be sure to use it properly. In other words, mix 5 grams of creatine with about 30 grams of simple sugars and drink that 10 minutes before your workout is over. Then mix another 5 grams of creatine with a scoop of protein, 5 grams of glutamine, and even add 60 or 70 grams of carbs in one big shake and drink it just after your workout. I know that sounds like a lot of carbs, but carbs are required for protein absorption and one study even showed that it takes almost 100 grams of carbs taken with the creatine for it to be effective. These carbs will not be as prone to being stored as bodyfat since they will be assisting in the creatine cell uptake. You can also supplement alpha lipoic acid (200 mg with each meal) to keep carbs from being stored as fat.
