what do you all think about ast products? good company? good experiences?

I've had good experiences with them. Their protien (vp2) is probibly the best on the market, the creatine and glutamine are good, and the articles on there sight are very informative. The only problem i have with them, is the macro-nutrient breakdown they give. If you've ever used their calorie calculater, according to them, 50% of your calories should be coming from protien. For someone who needs about 2800 calories per day, thats over 350 grams of protein, this is way too much, and obviously a marketing technique to help sell more of their protien powder. Their products are really good though.

I think AST-products are one of the best. Very good price-quality. I have almost used(and am using) all the products off AST. VP2 , GABA, proteïne-bars, Andro Extreme, Glutamine, EPH833, DHEA,Creatine, Vanadyl Sulfate. And may i say that you c direct results while training, i growing like cabbage. No other products for me. Although muscletech seems very good , it's whey 2 expensive.
