take either creatine or andro, together are a waste of money, and also, if you are under 25 andro is a waste of money. you have enoughe testosterone in your system all ready, and you would get little use out of more. also if you are under 18, andro will stop growth, permanetely.

If you are taking the andro to boost your workouts then you might think about changing to another, safer product. I like drinking Ultimate Orange just before my workouts and it makes me lift like crazy. If you were taking the andro to make you bigger, then it's probably a poor choice since protein is the best choice...but you have to time your protein shakes carefully to see the best results.
You should be drinking protein about every 2 or 3 hours between meals (in other words, if you eat breakfast at 8 a.m., then have a protein shake at 10 a.m., then eat normal lunch. Then drink another protein shake at 2:30 or 3:00 p.m., then eat your dinner at around 6 p.m. You can have another protein shake about an hour before bedtime or around 9 p.m.). This way, you'll be keeping lots of protein in your system and that will help stabilize your blood nitrogen levels which is required for building lots of muscle.

It's also important to take 5 grams of glutamine just before you go to bed because you need it to boost your growth hormone levels. Then another 5 grams when you wake up, since your body is craving it then.

As far as creatine goes, start drinking it about 10 minutes before you finish your workout (5 grams creatine mixed with about 30-50 grams of carbohydrates). About 20-30 minutes after your workout, then take a scoop of protein and blend in 5 grams of glutamine.

Check with AST website, they'll recommend a similar approach.

Good luck and I hope that helps.
Oh by the way, I really like the alpha lipoic acid when taken with meals. Great supplement.
