I was wondering what protine is best
Methoxy Pro, Nitro Tech,Desighner protine or Prolabs 100% Pure whey?? Which one is better??

Designer Protein is definetly my #1 choice. Im sure others would tell you that too... Designer Protein may cost you more money.. But if you want good performace go with the Designer...

Methoxy Pro-rip off, not worth money
Nitro Tech- crap
designer protein- great choice well worth it
Prolabs 100% pure whey- alright but there ion exchanged whey protein is much better quality.
I take whey right after workout. and a mix of proteins right before bed so it will be slowly absorbed throughout the night.

I would say a mix with maybe 3 different why protein's. CFM is nice, Ion exchange is very good too, whey concentrate is cheapo, Hydrolyzed is one of the best but tastes nasty.

Designer is a bunch of crap too, and when they says its 100% whey, its really not.. just so you know.

Idiots. Sorry, uncalled for I apologize, but that kind of talk make s me furious. 3 different wheys ? In a bulking phase I wouldn't even bother with one. Weight gainers are much more effective and better value for money, in a cuitting phase I'd settle for a whey protein isolate at a decent price.

If you buy Methoxy or Nitro-tech you deserve to get you ass kicked , honestly. I would run to the bathroom and dump this crap, or sell it to someone even more idiotic, if you can find such a person.

Yeah, when on a weight gainer, you don't need the powder. If you are bulking, screw the protein powder and by a gainer. Then the rest of the protein you should be able to hit with milk, Peanut butter, fish, eggs, and meat. Really the food plus the gainer is perfect. I use a gainer, and that is it, except on occasion. Like now is fasting time for church which mean NO meat. So during this time I might supplement with a protein powder. Usually 1 scoop. But if I eat fish for dinner, or tuna for lunch I don't use it.

Because in supplying only 20 grams of protein for an outrageous price it is the scurge of the bodybuilder. And thir so-called delivery system is nothing more than enriching it with B-vitamins and amino acids. Sorry, but that is not a very costly procedure, not one that warrants such outrageous prices. moreover, The only way to get better gains from it then from whey is by using it like they did and taking 3 times 2 scoops daily. Sorry if most bodybuilders cannot afford that. Besides , I can get the same gains if I gave someone 40 grams of pure whey isolate with a bit of carbs as i would giving them 55 grams of Nitro-tech. Its a hard fact. The gains you made when on Nitro-tech (and don't blame me for shortsightedness, I actually tried the crap myself) were most likely due to the content of protein and not their famed delivery system. You just got the same gains you would have for 20 bucks less. And what is all this talk of 97WPI, check the label, its listed behind at least three other sources of protein, which makes for less than 5 grams of 97 WPI per serving. Most of the protein in WPC and peptide chains.

hi i was wondering that there was a protien powder drink and it says YORK MUSCLE POWER FORMULA and gives 32g of protien and is it enough to make you have big muscles??? and will it work on some one age of 14 or 15??? bye!
