Hey, Which creatine do you guys think is best the pure creatine such as ProLab or one with a bunch of other stuff in it such as Met-rx Creatine Ac those are the 2 brands i am considering buying so if anyone has had any experience with one of thos products can u please reply. Plus the Met-Rx offers 12.5 grams of creatine a serving Is that to much?

I like the regular Met-Rx micronized creatine, mainly because it is cheaper. The liquid form of creatine is selling like hotcakes so the powdered form is much cheaper and double the bargain. I keep hearing that about half the people who use the liquid creatine are unhappy. That's too much bad results for me. So I'd stay away from it. Most people who use micronized creatine properly are satisfied.
You can get a can of Met-Rx micronized creatine at most any health food store for about 25 bucks. This particular can has 500 grams, so you could take about 5 grams a day without loading for about 3 months. The benefits you'll get for the 25 bucks you spend will be well worth it.
Be sure to drink at least a half gallon of pure water every day! Preferrably an entire gallon. You will probably have to drink more than that if you are involved in high school or college sports.

I read somewhere on bodybuilding.com that someone did tests on that liquid creatine. The dosages of creatine when it was in the factory to when it got to the shelf or consumption was like from 100% to like less than 5% content. This probably because creatine isn't stable in a liquid. As for the pre-mix stuff compared to regular make your own( mix 15-20 dextrose with micronized) I would go with the make your own that way you know what your getting. I did one - two years of non continual use that way and made superb gains. I didn't see much happening from the pre- mix ......with all this said and done,do experiment though and go by what your body is telling you.
