I'm taking Phosphagen HP now. What else can I take that won't hinder the effects of the creatine.

well...aslong as you dont take it at the same time: protien, glutamine, hmb, andro...just not caffine or acidic juices (citrus)

a good stack would be...phosphagen hp directly after working out, than protien shack w. 5 gm of glutamine about an hour later

i'm 15 years old. i work out with weights and i play competitive sports. i want to start taking creatine monohydrate. could someone tell me if i also have to take a protein supplement in order for the creatine to work? thanks.

I suggest to take in a high glycemic liquid after workout with it. Although it will work in just plain water. The protien supplement is only to get your days worth of protein a little easier. You could drink them together but some guys get the explosive bowel syndrome, when mixing creatine in your protein, also remember to hydrate yourself frequently when using creatine.B

Thanks for the response B...someone posted a message saying that if you take creatine when you're only 15 it will stunt your growth. do you (or anyone else) know the answer to this one? i'm getting worried now.

You will never find a scientific study that claims this. l won't advice you to take creatine since you are only 15, but l won't tell you also to avoid it like it is some kind of gear.

My son is 14 and he uses creatine and protein (seperately). that is all he can use, so I don't have a problem with it. it is not like you are taking roids, it is just a cell volumizer that puts water into the muscle tissue. But I agree with John abpout no evidence. I see no problem with it.

Thanks B & John. I feel better now. Think I'll get some protein too cuz we don't eat much meat at home.
