OK. I have read all of the enteries and I am still confused. I started taking hydroxy cut and within 2 weeks cut 10 pounds. I lost 2 inches off my waist and was feeling awesome! Granted I wasn't packing on the weight like I wanted to. So I added Betagen and whey protein to my diet. And when I say diet I mean, I have cut out all pop, candy, icecream and all that. Eating 4-5 small meals per day, good protiens and some good carbs and a little fat. In one week I put on 10 pounds after starting the protiend diet and creatine. My chest and arms are getting noticably bigger and I am having killer work outs etc... My abbs are also getting more definition. However, I put a bunch of water weight back onto my waistline and it makes me feel like the hydroxy cut just takes the water out of my system. I lift with 2 guys who are pretty hard core and they both have conflicting views concerning the creatine hydroxy cut mix.
Please, I want people to write thier own personal experiences for or against this supplimental mix. I want experiences. Otherwise I figure I will just do one or the other.
