I started loading creatine a few weeks ago and every once in awhile i notice that it gives me a very noticable buzz. I've tried many other supplements and none of them have done this for me. Does this happen to anyone else or am i just weird?

I get extra energy off of it, not really a "buzz".
I take some in the moring with grapefruit juice,
and it keeps me awake for a good 5 or 6 hours,
then some more in the evening. This could be in
part that I just started taking it after a 6 month
layoff and my body is not use to it yet. We'll see.

I am in the load up phase of AST micronized creatine and no buzzing going on here. I am thinking that its another factor (a different food or supplement you are taking at a similar time). The only supplement I can think of that gives a buzz is GABA. I do not know this for a fact, but I have just read it.

The first time i took Xtra Advantage creatine serum i got a buzz off of it ...but now its not as noticible when i take it but i still fill like i have a lil buzz when i take it
