yea man to much protien forces stress on your kidneys. they say take a gram per pound on body weight, im 200lbs, so if i take 200 grams, man i wouldnt be able to take a shiter for days!

What are you on about ? I take 1.3 to 1.7 grams per pound and I do fine, no GI problems, no kidney problems, nada. If you are experiencing problems form as little as 1 gram per pound it obviously means you need more carbs or fats in your diet to digest your protein.
It all comes down to who is willing to put in the work to change his body significantly and who isn't. You obviously aren't willing to make that sacrifice and without a good and proper diet you'll never gain a significant amount of mass.

all you have to do is make sure you're getting plenty of water and fiber
