I just wanted to say that the 19 nor-diol and tribulus stack has helped me break through my plateaus, and i'm lifting weight now that i thought would take me a year to lift. I'm currently on Skip La Cour's 13 week training program with a few changes, this program has helped a lot too. I'm going on my 4th week now and so far i'm up 8lbs in weight.
I'm also taking ZMA fuel, 3 caps before bed.
I've tried many diff. types of andros, and stacked it with other supps., but nothing compares to this. Strongly recommended!!!
GL.

l am glad that l hear that friend. That's why l have recommended this stacking combination in one of my articles as one of the best possible for a natural.

Mallac

Yes anon you are right, l read it recently. To be honest l did not believe that he could take the title, but l thought he could be at least in the top 3.
He made a major mistake that he increased his caloric consumption so much. (C'mon he ate 6,000cal one day before the show and 27 servings of rice and he was expecting to win? Except the fact that he started Creatine loading few days before the show)!

John, What the point with sets?, Why can we
do all exercise in one set?, for example if I do
chest, i would do one set of incline bench
press, one set of flat bench, and one set of
flies. I have beed given answer all the time
like this: You can brake all he muscle tissue in
one set and so you can't have the definition. If
that the problem, why don't people use 4,5,6
or more sets.
Thank's dude

l think that there are 2 kinds of weight training.
One is like the HIT or Max-OT system, where you train for only 1 or 2 sets per exercise, in a total of 4-8 sets at most for every body part.
The other kind is the old traditional 3, 4 or even 5 sets per exercise, in a total of 15-20 sets.
l believe that if you want the definition, you should increase your cardio and reduce your caloric consumption. You don't have to spend 2 hours in gym, and do endless sets in order to get this definition. Bodybuilding is one of the very few "anaerobic" sports. More is never better when we talk about bodybuilding. (At least for a natural).
And about your last question, l will give you the same answer that Dorian Yates gave at the mr. Olympia seminar that he gave after he got his 4th consecutive mr.Olympia in 1995, when some journalist asked him why he trains only one set per exercise. His answer was:
"lf you take the set to the point of failure and annihilate the muscle in one set, it's pointless to do it again. Doing it again makes it harder for you to recover. lts like shooting someone through the heart with one bullet. He's dead--what's the point of putting more holes in him?"

Hey dude, l tried for myself the nordiol & tribulus stack that John suggested in his 9th article and l can say it worked great for me. By the way, John has stopped writing here since December cause he did not have any more free time. If you don't email him don't expect an answer. (Click on his name at the end of the article)
