I've heard so many different things about how to cycle creatine, and I'm sure you have too. I want to hear everone's opinions on the BEST cycle. The cycle I hear most often is to load 20 grams for 5 days, then take 3-6 grams a day for 8 weeks, followed by 4 weeks off, then to repeat the cycle....

The best one is to loading up for the first five days, like taking 20 grams a day, then you should just take 5-10 grams out then. But never cycle creatine, use them all the time. The research that said you should cycle creatine, like a month off, or two weeks off, is just a myth. But you do need to drink a lot of water.

The cycling is so that your own body produces creatine naturally for a while, so there is no chance it will ever stop due to supplementation...
