All you have to do to gain weight is buy a big jar of peanut butter. Eat 3 spoonfulls after workout and before bed. Trust me guys, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter has 8 grams of protein. that would easily give you 50+ grams of protein in one serving.

its not that bad if you have a high metabolism
