Hello, my first creatine experience was via using Weider brand creatine. I noticed nice gains from using it, and around a 10lb increase in bodyweight during the month or two that I used it. When I ran out, I got two large bottles of GNC Pro Performance. I haven't gone down in weight or anything, but I haven't seen as much gain as before either. But I believe that it was just due to the fact that creatine benefits flatten off after a while, you just don't keep increasing if you keep taking it. Thus this is ONE reason why cycling is a good idea. I'd like to hear from you about your experience, since I assume you've never taken any other brand before GNC's? Please tell me how goes. THANKS

changing your cycling phases will increse your strength levels and will produce results. try doing the LOADING phase for 2 weeks straight, then go off of it for 2 weeks and then repeat. no maintence stage at all. 20 grams for 14 straight days. THIS WORKS!!! read my thread in my section- like to share with you my way of taking creatine- IT WORKS. it will go into a litttle detail about what im talking bout. good luck

hey guys,
i work at GNC so i know a lot about various supplements.
all creatines are the the same, theyre all pharmaceutical grade, its all in the delivery system, your better off mixing your creatine and sugar on your own instead of paying for hte sugar in it already, heres a good tip, dead serious too, go out buy CORN SUGAR, not cornstarch, corn sugar, use that as your sugar for your creatine, allows for a better insulin spike and youll get better absorbsion

first off i dont know what gnc you work at but the gnc's where i live they dont know there ass from there elbows.as for all creatines being the same, bullshit.there some creatines that are made in china and they suck.the only creatine worth consuming is german grade.and we now know that you dont have to drink sugar to get creatine absorbed, you can use alpha lipoic acid and arginine.but if you are gonna use a carb to transport it i dont see where corn sugar would be the first choice, glucose or dextrose would be better.

Hey cool, a GNC guy I can ripp apart
First off GNC is the reason I started my nutrition store. There product line sucks, and they know jack shit, as we see up above.
As bronx said, made in different places. CHEAP creatines contain what we like to call impurities.
creatinine, dicyandiamide, and dihydrotriazine.
If you use horrible raw material, you get the above.
When companies test creatine, they use (HPLC) High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
So say the company does say 99.9% pure creatine. They are right, CREATINE, but not impurities. There is also a leway of 4% on creatine tests.
You should go with Creapure from SKW, or Ultrapure from DSM chemicals. These are the 2 best on the market.
These 2 companies will test for impurities too, and not just to see if the creatine is 98% pure or more.
In high fructose corn syrups, the fructose content is about 50 percent. Thus the GI of high fructose corn syrups is about the same as sucrose, i.e. 60-65 (if glucose = 100)
So what are you getting at as far as you corn sugar theory or should I say syrup???
152 - Maltose
138 - Glucose
89 - Sucrose
126- Honey
31- Fructose
Damn, what is it with GNC employees??
Dude, you better study some more before you spit out your GNC knowledge at us, and tell us about creatine, and how it is all the same, and your corn syrup theory.

I trained at a GNC, and I can tell you they tell you some laughable stuff to tell the customers. It's all about selling the product, period. DHEA will make you stronger and lose muscle?? Sure! This pill will make fat melt away? OK! Ultimate Orange increases strength? Yes! Yeah, I couldn't put up with the crap they were telling me and I didn't work there. Aside from their high prices, they'll tell you anything to get you to buy a product and therefore I dscourage anyone from shopping there.
