Who has experience with CLA? Has anyone seen any results from it? Is it a worthwhile supplement?

I've been usuing it for a while, it's an antioxident, it won't make you get huge, but it's worth it. I take a lot of suppliments including CLA, combined i've made amazing gains

A healthy fat intake is essential to gaining, and conjugated linoleic acid is as healthy as it gets. Getting some everyday should be a key in diet to every bodybuilder, unfortunately the showy supplements just sell better.

As and addition to a good diet, CLA is a must.

What are you talking about Bill? CLA is supposed to assist in weight lose. Studies show that it is it is a "healthy" fat that tends to decrease the amount of fat that the body redeposits after weight lose. It works best with an ECA stack, some green tea extract and T2 suppliments. This should get you nice and cut.
