I've tried Ecdysterones,which is the main ingredient in Retibol, and they are not a big deal at all. To maximize its effect u have to stack it w/ something and even then its still no biggy. 4-diol and 19nor4diol stacked is the way to go man.

I also tried various Ecdysterone products including Syntrabol from Syntrax, which is supposed to have 200mg/capsule. I tried it, and it works just like caffeine - it gives me a rush and strenght increase, but no anabolic effects.
So I figured out that this was just another fraudulent product after I conducted a few lab tests on it, and posted my toughts about it on this forum last year. If you tried Zebutol, Z-mass PM, Syntrabol or Ecdysten (one from thermolife.com), you praubably never ingested a single molecule of 20-Hydroxyecdysone.
Why is Retibol working - I don't know. But I'm telling you that this material is produced by Eiselt research in Sweden, which is one of the leading nutraceutical manufacturers in Europe.
