Why does it say on the can of animal cuts that if you take animal cuts one when you wake up and the second on an empty stomach in the afternoon why empty why help plz.

and i would also like to know how would taking animal staks along with it not at the same time but 4-6 hours later help to achive maximum lean mass and definition how does it do this i need to know. Would it be ok to take one animal cuts pack at 6am then animal stak at 10 am then another animal cuts pak at 4pm would this be safe i think so but would like a second opinion

Space your cuts evenly over three doses daily. You need it on an empty stomach so it activates quicker and it makes you less hungry. If you've already eaten, that has little effect don't you think ? Try taking them a half hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take animal pak as directed 45 minutes prior to workout regardless of when you take your cuts.

You should eb all right like that.

So taking Stak and Cuts will make you ripped and build muscle at the same time? i didnt think that was possible.

Its not. It will keep you from losing muscle when cutting or keep a little bit of fat off when bulking. But its one goal or the other based on your diet. Prohormones have a low efficacy on low-cal diets.

would you reccomend doing somthing else to bulk or cut or will that be a good way?

For bulking it would work to keep body-fat gain down a bit, but Animal cuts is too expensive for me to even consider using it on a bulking phase when its basically a waste. Also you have to figure that adding a fatburner to a bulking stack if you are not overweight is just plain stupid because it will counteract your gains.
