i personally like the ECA stack called Hydroxycut by Muscle-tech. Its effective but is more expensive. ripped fuel is a great product by a reputable company( twinlabs). if your not tolerable to ephedrine, the make a ephedrine-free ripped fuel. the also make an EXtreme ripped fuel that is supposed to be 37% more effective than their original formula. ripped fuel is probably one of the best values on the market and if you get a gold card at GNC, i believe Twinlabs will be 20% off again in march, so you could get ripped fuel for 20% off.

is it safe for 16 year old to take extreme ripped fuel or reg ripped fuel?

I'm not sure about it being safe, but I'm 14 and I take it. However, I take about half the recommended dosages just as a precaution. It worked wonders for me in burning bodyfat.

I would recomend xenidrine, for the price it is the best. It works about as good as hydroxycut if not better, and for the same price your bottle will last a lot longer.
