Hey, I have been using the natural sterol complex for about a month and havnt seen much results. I have also heard from the big man himself that most of the ingrediants dont work. I would look for something else.

Amen, this stuff is friggin useless. Methoxy and all that... forget it doesn't work and may be potentially harmful.
