l would vote for 100% Pure Whey from Prolab, and EAS Simply Complete Whey. (Optimum's Nutrition protein is not bad, but l don't trust this supplement company as much as l trust EAS or Prolab).
l have tried both of them and they are pretty equal, so whichever you choose you won't be wrong.
But if you want the best high protein/low carb-fat protein powder on the market and you don't mind to spend some extra bucks, go either for "VP2" from AST, or for "Zero Carb lsopure" from Nature's Best.

i jsut had a surgery on my shoulder last week. I'm out for a few months, which leavees me with only 3 months to gain as much size for football season. i need a program or info. on suppl. to take to gain all my mass that i lost over the recovery period. in 1 week, i already lost 13 lbs. i now weigh 168. i would likr to be 190-195. thanks
