which one is the best

1-methoxy-pro (cytodyne)
2-vp2 (ast)
3-nitro-tech (muscle-tech)
4-nlarg2 (prolab)
5-prolab whey isolate

I don't know what you are looking for as far a gains, goals, etc. But I would go with N-large2 for gaining, and maybe the prolab protein. I don't ever use 2 though. 1 serving of N-large2, and food in the day give me more then enough protein. I don't supplement with protein powder now, because it is not necessary. I honestly think people over do protein.

NitroTech is a joke- (contains creatine)
And Methoxy sucks (Isn't proven to do Sh*t)
VP2 (questionable)

All right, i'll give you what I know. Vp2 is good and by a decent company that is backed by big money, so they have too much to lose if they screw you. On the other hand I have serious doubts whether or not its worth what you pay for it. The Nitro-Tech is similar. It works better than whey (though it is basically enriched whey) but only if you take a shitload of it (3x2 scoops daily, a container would last 5-6 days) so unless you want to burn a hole in your wallet and smoke your money stay away from muscletech.
Methoxy-pro, the name alone doesn't inspire to much confidence. methoxy has no proven benefits to bodybuilders, whatsoever. I haven't matched up any research yet, but that is the sentiment higher up in the foodchain. The other two are your best bet. I don't know anything about Nlarg2 but apparently its the hottest thing, since everybody wants to use it. I see no explanation for it. I'm guessing it has some merit. But be wary of hopping the bandwagon. I like the last one, because its plain whey isolate, that's as pure as you can get for post-workout nutrition, especially on a diet. But if your thing is getting big, I suggest you start looking for a REAL weight-gainer with plenty of protein and carbs.
