I just wanted to post these stacks which have proven their effectiveness to me. All of them you all know, its just about when you take them that makes them even more efficient. It worked for me and i'm not saying you'll see results but you should:
12 weeks:
19nor4diol (Weeks 1 - 8) - 100, 200, 300, 400, 400, 300, 200, 100mg per day in divided dosages.
Tribulus (Weeks 2 - 9) - 500, 750, 1000, 1250,
1250, 1000, 750, 500mg per day in divided dosages.
Glutamine (Always) - 10 grams per day/once in the morning and once in the evening.
ZMA fuel (Weeks 9 - 12) - 4 capsules before bed. Helps to maintain test. levels after you've finished your andro cycle.
Creatine (Weeks 9 -12) - 10 grams per day after loading phase.
Multivatamin/mineral (always) - twice per day. One after workout.
HMB (weeks 9 - 12) - 3 grams per day. Three divided dosages. This helps preserve muscle tissue so you won't lose much of your gains from coming off the andro cycle.
ALA (weeks 9-12) - 400 mg per day. Take 200mg with creatine post workout.
that's it. Combine that with an intense 12 week program and for sure you'll make gains. This is exactly what i did 12 weeks ago, i have gained 10 solid pounds, and i have had absolutely no side effects.
I'd appreciate any comments or criticism.

thanks man it is a good stack but i thought you will put more pounds, 10 lb is not a good gain if you gain like 15 to 20lb it's worth it, i think you don't eat very well

Bro, any experience bodybuilder will truthfully tell you that if you gained 10 pounds in 12 weeks thats good. An experienced builder probably wouldn't see that in a year. A beginning builder would probably put on 20 lbs in 12 weeks. I've been lifting for over 2 years and i came to a point that gaining a pound was a rare ocurrence. Gaining 10 pounds in 12 weeks proved to me that this stack really works.
Remember, everybody is different, what works for you may not work for me.
I am just recommending this stack to anyone who want to gain as much mass as "they" possibly can steroid-free.

thanks man but i'm sorry about that it's was my opinion cause i have hear that there are some people how put on more that 60lb a year :)
i'm not sure if they are saying the truth or not
ok man i have a Q please i'm going to buy a 19-nor-diol but i'm not sure which one is the best,so can you tell me what brands did you try during your cycle (19-nor,tribulus,zma,hmb)

Honestly you zould hqve gained as much without the HMB and ALA. And more if you had been taking creatine the whole time. As for the prohormones , up the doses sooner and take them higher, so you can bring them back at the end. Take your Nors a full 8 weeks and stack them zith andros in weeks 1-3 and 6-8. Take ZMA in weeks 4-5 and 9-11. If you are bulking upm drop the glutamine and eat a little more protein. Along with a muktivitamin and dessicated liver thats basically my current stack. I gained almost 15 pounds now in the first 3 weeks. I expect to go to 22 and retain about 15 of them afterwards. Of course my doses are much higher than yours.

Freakish, is there some way whether you could determine that the Nordiol primarily caused the effect cause I dont know whether prolab makes good Nor-4-diol. Could it be the ZMA/Trib/Creatine?
