Anybody try these new Met-RX products, APM 60 (its looks to be an mrp with 60 g of protein) or their After FX bars (postworkout recovery bars)?

Also, has anyone tried the met-rx with HMB meal replacements?

I have tasted one of the shakes, it was really good. I am thinking of buying a box and testing it out.

which type of creatine is better to take if you are just starting to workout out with it. Also what is the difference between monohydrate and sport creatine.

Try the Met-Rx MASS ACTION - AWEOSME product guyz - it has 5% Micronized Creatine with HMB plus TMG - all the essentials - DO include some Anti-Oxidant pills like the ones by Nature Made and you should have a full set of Vitamins, Minerals and your Creatine sstrength. Met-Rx is a well known product and known for its safety standards. Forget the other shit. Go to GNC and get some advice if you need. PLEASE - DO NOT use Mass Action if you are under 20 - it is hard on your body.

Guys,..Met-Rx APM60 MRP's are the real deal, I'm watching my body composition transform weekly. I have one for lunch, one following my workout and one before retiring,..180 quality grams not counting my actual food.

Met-Rx APM60 is expensive stuff!! I originally wanted to take KetoPro by Met-Rx, but that was wayyy to expensive, too.

Dr. Connely seems to very knowledgable about the human metabolism. After all, he is the one to first develop a high-protein / moderate carb. shake, which is still copied by other brands.

I just wish I could afford his stuff. Anyone know of a place to get a good deal? The best I've seen is around $29 for a box of 12. Until the price comes down, I'm sticking with Myoplex or Pro-MR by Dorian Yates.

I'm confused about this Mass-Action Creatine. Can anyone tell me how I should take it? I know creatine is best when taken before a workout, but does that go for HMB too?

HMB is best in three doses of 2-3 grams each between meals, the most catabolic times of day to help prevent muscle loss.

But HMB is only useful on a diet, and creatine is only useful when bulking. What are you trying to achieve ?
