I am starting to take prolab--creatine when is the best time to take my serving and i also going to take glutamine when should i take this serving

You on a diet, or you just like wasting money on glutamine ? Load creatine 3x 7 g a day for 5 days the go for 2x5 g, once in the morning with juice, and drink another glass of juice at 20,30 and 40 minutes after. take the other postworkout with a protein/carb shake.
Take your glutamine 2x 5 g , once in the morning and once at night, or postworkout as well.
In fact you can probably take them together. However if you feel you need glutamine, you need to be eating more protein.

No, you DON'T take creatine and glutamine at the same time. Creatine and glutamine get transported by the same cells and if you take them at the same time they fight each other for the cell. One wins and one loses. The one that loses gets wasted. So you just end up wasting your money because only one is getting put to use. The supplements should be taken at least an hour apart
