I only use my N-large as a source of protein. I also do Muscle Milk on occasion. The rest comes from meat, and milk, and eggs here an there.
I do the muscle milk because it just isn't whey. I am NOT fond of whey protein for EVERY shake. I have to mix it up.
I MIGHT end up switching over to the SHG, but haven't decided yet. It has whey, and egg where as N-large is ONLY whey.

I go with a quality weight gainer when bulking, personally I'm hooked on mega Mass 4000, but there are others, and when dieting I go for any quality whey Isolate. Prolab is good, But we have some local companies here in Europe that make good stuff too. When I am dieting and taking pure protein, I usually take care to increase my fat inake a bit.

Yeah, Prolab's isolate seems to be good quality; I've tried it in the past, it's a 90% protein.
