Okay, this is what I know, Creatine doesn't make muscles bigger but it makes you be able to work out harder and longer. I don't know what, if any, side effects there are, how much I have to take, is it expensive, do I take it on off-days, is it safe for me , 14 years old, what the best kind is, what companies to buy from, and last, will I lose all the strength if I stop using?
I am very confused on the subject and my biggest fear is causing long-term damage to my body.

creatine acts as a cell volumizer, it pulls water into the muscle cell. This extra water in the cell helps aid in recovery and during workouts it lets you work harder because your cells are more hydrated. It won't hurt you. I've been taking creatine for 5 years off and on and I haven't had 1 problem. People who have died while on creatine did so while they were trying to make weight while wrestling. They were trying to make weight and weren't eating or drinking water. It was the not drinking water which killed them, they probably died from dehydration. Don't worry unless you are dieting in a stupid fashion, you should be ok.

It all says you take it during workouts days. What about rest days?
