WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO INCREASE INTENSITY IN THE GYM. ALSO WHAT ARE SOME GOOD SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP OUT WITH IT.

You need to come only 4 times a week, by following what Dorian Yates did, 2 days on one day off, again 2 days on and take Saturday,Sunday off.
I recommend Muscle Buider from Weider Product, it's amazing stuff.

Fruit are perfect.....but they have to have a low glycemic index...

You have to live on fruits and milk and eggs....to get big and cut.
Forget about supplements, and wasting money.
Eat natural....and one thing......eat like a gorilla, and become one!!!!!!

and some milk.......(Im so tired of wannabe bodybuilders, who rely on drugs and supplements)........it makes me sickkkkk....You CAN get big without, and no wonder why people think I take drugs (because Im big).....they dont use their minds and realize
that the nature is a real and true drugstore.

I get pumped up by listening to metallica or something else really hardcore. Just give it all you have in the gym. The intensity will come. You don't need to take something to get the intensity, just work your a** off in there! to make it more intense, try giving your time inbetween sets 20-30 seconds. dont lift weight that you know you can do 10 reps with but only do 8. push yourself. Give each set everything you've got. Dont go easy on yourself. You may need a training partner( good idea!) because you will be going heavy. work yourself in there.make the pump so intense your eyes fill with water!!
