Hey, ive been eating very unhealthy now for a long time, and finally started to get my act together. I just got Cell-Tech(which i have been getting mixed reviews of) mabe thinking about switching to Creatine Mono? Anyhow.. im at school from 7:30-2:02, i really want somone to help me create a nice supplement scheduel(sp.) that i can follow. I am 5'11" 130lbs, i really want to put on alot of mass. If you can suggest any other supplements etc that i can take that would also help out a great deal. I need to know how many days to work out on, when to work out, when to take my supplements etc. I basically dont know much, so if you could help me out, it would be much appriciated!
