I am not sure if it is true or not, but a freind who is a serious lifter for years said any amount of caffine cancels out the creatine in your body. Ripped fuel has lots and lots of caffine in it, it would not be smart to take with creatine. I tried ripped fuel and could not sleep at nights, try something with less caffine in it ex. hydroxycut, metabolife.

The only thing thta ripped fuel does for me at least is get my hyper and motivated for when I get to the gym. I use it with creatine and it doesn't interfere with it at all...

I have not yet started to take creatine but just ordered but from what I read you should try to take Chromium Picolinate with the creatine because it makes blood circulation better and will take the creatine throughout your body more efficently. I have also been taking amino acids after my workout and was thinking of adding one or more supplements into my stack I was thinking of ZMA and just a good multivitamin. I was wondering if i just picked up a bottle of centrum would they be good enough for a multivitamin? Or if ZMA is really the thing for me because im coming off a andro cycle, most likely for good but im not sure if I should take protein because im looking to shed 5-10 pounds and replace it with muscle.

after 50days of just creatine with my training,i now want to begin a harder workout regime,ive already started on a strict high protein+low carb diet.i mainly want to bulk up a little,lose a bit of fat from my lower abs +achieve good definition. im wondering if i can take 100 pure whey,creatine advanced+prolab cuts2 together,if not ? any suggestions?

I use creatine with Z-Mass PM and that works great. I get pumped when I finally get to the gym and my muscles aren't nearly as sore as they used to be. I also get much better gains than ripped fuel and protein (what i used to take).But watch out because the Z-Mass will make you think you're superman sometimes...

I haven't see so much useless info in awhile. First of all if your using creatine, my guess is you want to bulk up. Why would you take ripped fuel if you trying to bulk up? This is only going to hinder your gains. Using it with ZMA is good and also take a weight gainer if your not getting enough cals. Hell mix the creatine with your weight gainer after workout. As for taking glutamine with creatine its pointless when your bulking. It a non essential amino that you get enough with the protein your taking in. You only use if your deficient and while bulking you definetly are not. If your coming off an andro stack take zma to maintain yout test levels for about 3-4 weeks then start cutting if you want. Do not cut as soon as you come off the cycle, because you will just lose what you worked so hard to gain. And the most important thing of all is you have to eat your ass off. If you do not get the cals needed you wont grow no matter what supp you take. Go for a 45/35/20 carb/protein/fat diet and you will be ok. Stakcing with whey protein is fine as long as you get enough simple carbs with it. Thats why weight gainers are better for bulking. Go with something like nlarge2 fomr prolab. Hope this cleared up some of the misinfo.

I read from a body builder's page here that creatine cancels out glutamine and vice versa. Any truth to this?

Yes, and I've answered that question 50 times already. Yes, calcium transport ions are required for the use of both amino acids like glutamine and for creatine. Its not just glutamine, its any kind of protein or amino acid mix. If its pure protein, you have that problem. What you do is take your creatine immediately after your workout, give it 20 minutes to absorb, and then take your glutamine or protein or what have you. By then the creatine is in the body and you can take your glutamine with a clean conscience. Notice that I said pure protein. When carbs are present this does not seem to present a problem and in fact may improve the absorption of creatine. So using creatine in a weight gainer is no problem.

The bigger question is whey are you taking glutamine and creatine together ? Creatine bloats you up when dieting and glutamine is only absorbed when dieting. creatine is for bulking and adding water weight, glutamine is for preventing muscle loss on a low-carb,low-cal diet.
You shouldn't even be taking them in one stack, you are wasting money ...

Okay Today I just bought Phosphagen Creatine and L-Glutamine from EAS. and I just took both in a bottle of water. and I just read this post. Damn! =(. Okay so what should I do??? Workout take the Creatine....wait 20 minutes and then Glutamine?? I hope I didnt buy the wrong stuff? I spent like 70 bucks for these two supplements. And what else can I take with these two supplements. I need to gain some weight what do you guys recommend?

Take the glutamine 30 minutes before you workout. Then consume your creatine after. This will be adequate time to gain proper absorption. Don't fret it.If you are gaining then cut the glutamine until after you finish and start ot cut up. Get a good quality protein mix like Biotest grow. Go tot he online store here and look you will find all you need.
