Is tribulus, creatine, vanadly sulfate and whey protien a good stack?

For gaining mass, yeah, its a not a bad stack. I wouldnt reccomend tribbulus unless you are over 20. Also, i would wait on the vandly until you are ready to cut up. Vanadyl helps to steady your blood sugar and make you more insulin sensitive. If you are bulking up, you are eating 6 meals aday, each with protein and carbs (or atleast you should) so your blood sugar will be pretty steady as it is. Maybe substitute some methoxy for the trib and vanadly, you'll get better gains.

I'm in the mass gaining stage now and I'm 27. I'm eating 6 meals a day with the right amount of protein and carb( although carbs seems to be too much). I thought of getting the methoxy..but damn it costs a bomb... since I've already bought the tribulus and vanadyl suflate.. I'll finish one cycle and then think abt the methoxy

I am 19 yrs old and have been bodybuilding for about 3 yrs on and off. I just started back about 3 weeks ago. I was curious if any body could give me any advice on what I am currently taking or any recomendations as to what I should add. I am currently eating 6 meals a day with 2-3 of those being meal replacements. I am also taking creatine serium and the beast before my workout. The beast and protein after my workouts. With protein I always take my branched chain amino acids 2 pills. I take a multi Vitamin once a day and at night I take L-Arginine L-Orthinine and L-Lysine 4 tablets with a protein shake and amino acids. So far in just 2 1/2 weeks I have put on 9 1/2 solid pounds of muscle thats on an empty stomach. If any body has any suggestions as to what I am doing right or wrong or what I can do to improve my eating habits and supplemtations any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
