Hey,

I was wondering how effective "triple Whey Prtein " by Twinlab is ? Does anyone have any expirence with it ? Does anyone know how beneficial it is ? Can it cause erectile disfucntion or does it have and other effect on teens ? What are the things to look for in a weight gainer or protein shake, that will cause side effects and what are they. Which protein shakes and weight gainers will definatly have side effects on teens and should not be used.

ALL AND ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED........thanks

its a good protien powder but you could get more for less of the same type of protien.pro-lab makes a five pound container of the same types of protien for about $30.00 so dont watse your money.
