be creative. Tuna, eggs (cooked), milk, cottage cheese, yugurt, fruit. Combine some of this in a blender. Your best bet is to buy some sugar free chocolate syrup, mix some of that w. a cup of yogurt, a cup of skim milk, a bannanna and a tbsp of peanut butter. This is a great recipee for bulking up.

MB- i would recommend buying a protein powder, if nothing else. you can do so much with it, from a protein shake, to adding it to your oatmeal, to using it in pancake batter, etc. ALL sorts of stuff. and if you use it conservativly, and make sure you get a majority of your protein from sources like lean beef, turkey, and skinless boneless chicken breasts, then it really isnt that expensive. for someone who doesnt want to spend alot, i would recommend Optimum 100% whey. its $40 dollars a container US,but is 20% off at GNC on gold card day. i have no clue how many pounds $40 U.S. is. but like BR said, be creative. i like to take a chicken breast and chop it up and then use it in my egg white omlett. hope this helps!
