hey whats up. I just bought a 60 capsule bottle of twin labs mega creatine fuel. Im 15 years old and i want to know how to take it. Its says to take 3 to 6 daily. Should i take 3 befor a workout and 3 after. If this is right please tell me and if its not, then tell me how to take it.

l dont know your pounds, but estimate them X 0.33 for the first 4 days, and then by 0,03 from the fifth day and after. The sum you will make is how many grams of creatine you should take every day, or take around 15gr for the first 4 days, and 4-5gr from the fifth and after.
Every cycle is usually for 8 weeks, with 4 weeks off, but since you are only 15, do 4 weeks on, and 4 weeks off.

And l forgot, when you train, take 2-3gr before and 2-3gr after, and when you dont train take
2-3 first thing in the morning and another 2-3gr before you go to sleep.

ok bud. Next time you purchase creatine, do me a favor, buy powdered. Pills or capsules of anything purely sucks, because you don't get quite the amount needed and end up popping ten pills to get the results from one scoop. Plus the most effective creatine is in powdered form, and not efferscent as anyone would like to vouch.
Buy some micronized creatine. One, because it is cheaper. Two because it dissolves better and does not settle within the liquid. You will be thankful down the road. Additionally, the loading stage will enable greater gains quicker, and your muscles will be come saturated quicker, enabling better recovery.

TRUST ME ON THIS:
If you wanna take Creatine, take Powder. I tried capsules once cause I didn't have time & place to mix powders, and I realized it's like throwing your money in your own ass and expecting you cock to grow up !!!
This doesn't mean creatine powder will blow you up. You have to EAT, then eat, and eat a little bit more to reach your goals. & surely train well.
