I have tried several supplements, ones with little or no impact. I was wondering how I could significantly increase my muscle size and strength through CREATINE. I train 6 days a week for 2 hours each day. I have talked to many professional bodybuilders who say CREATINE will allow me to train this hard, without overtraining. I was wondering which type of creatine I would benefit by.
THANKS

I was also wondering how much creatine your body can absorb in each dose. Also, how long must your break be before you take your next dose, and finally, how much creatine can you take each day?
THANKS

Your body can absorb a maximum amount of 10grams, twice a day. Take one serving when you wake up, and one after training. Cycle on for two monthes and off for a month. This is your best bet for great gains. A reputable creatine is Phosphagen hp, by EAS. Good luck!

Rock is correct, however in my opinion , effervescent creatine has much better absorbtion than powder or liquid. I have stated this before and here it goes again: Myself and some friends has blood tests done on powder, 5 months later we had blood tests done on effervescent. Our creatine levels on effervescent were 40% higher, that was just an average , one of my friends was 60-70%, so everyone responds a little different, I believe you cant go wrong with effervescent but also Phosphagen HP works too just not as well. 5-10 grams is a sufficient amount first thing in the morning or right after your workout. Also it kind of sounds like 6 days a week for 2 hours a day is too much. Pick 3-4 exercises per bodypart, train smart and with an extreme level of intensity. This should take around 1 hour except LEG DAY(most important). Good Luck

I was wondering what type of creatine is the best that includes effervescent. I was also wondering what effervescent actually does. I heard effervescent was just used to absorb in water completely, PLEASE COMMENT.
THANKS

Hey, Muscle-link has a great effervescent called:Elite. I just started my third cycle of it and I get great results from it. It's alittle pricey, but it's worth it in my opinion.

EVERYONE LISTEN UP:
Creatine, Proteins, Amino Acids,... all are dependent on the type of body you have. Try good brands of supplements, using cycles of course, and see what gives the best result for your own body.
Eating correclty is the key to any goal you want to achieve. Fix your goals, eat healthy, some supplements, and the result is guaranteed ONLY IF YOU train CORRECT. Do not overtrain! 3 times a week is enough for Intense Training.
BELIEVE ME... I'm trying to lead you correclty.

Your only half right. Just like your diet advice, everbody is different. A three day split is not for everyone.........You need to discover what works for you. I am currently on a 5 day split. I do chest twice once light, once heavy. Otherwise it doesn't grow. A three day split is no good for a hardgainer like me.
