I have just started to get serious about training I dont want to get huge with lots of mass I basically want to stay around the same weight 180lbs but get the cut look..is there anything wrong with combining xenodrine and protein supplements????

i'm not sure. but pay attention to the ingredients
of protein bars and shakes. be sure they have no ma huang or any other energizing ingred.
cuz when i ate a protein bar then an hour and a half later i took xenadrine and i felt sick in the middle of my workout
at first i thought i didn't eat enough but then the next day i tried it again but i ate more. i got sick again. the next day i got sick again but i didn't eat a pro. bar. just be sure to look at the ingredients. if you're working out in the morning take the xena. then 30 min later drink a blended fruit shake with a cup of 1% milk that worked for me.
