I know that to gain mass you should eat six small meals a day but could you please tell me what are the best foods to eat like chicken breasts, and what i should stay away from and also about how many g's of protein, carbs, etc... each meal should have?

Also will a meal replacment like myoplex or betastatin actually count as one of the six?

Yes it works well i took it for about 1 & 1/2
months and i gained like 20 pounds and got cut but it didnt help my strength too much

Yes, a meal replacement will count for one of the six. As for how much carbs and protein you need, that depends on your height and weight. I'd say a gram of protien per pound of body weight and 2-4 grams of carbs per pound also. Spread this out over the 6 meals. FOr the average person, this is from 25-50 grams of protien and 75-200 grams of carbs per meal.

Ok, I have a serious Question.

I am still growing, and have made my personal decision not to use very heavy weights to get massive just yet because i dont wanna risk stunting my growth. (everyone has an opinion on this, thats mine)
Anyway, when ive finished growing ill look forward to going all out and becoming massive.


Until then, i would like to get very cut up,

I want very defined Abs, slim legs and but, and strong Defined and cut chest and arms and visible lats. (note im not looking for massive size yet, just say, a kinda bruce lee type build, i wish!)

Please, can someone, take the time to help me on this one????

Well, first off i would say lighten your reps to around 10-12. Use pretty much the same routine you have been (i really dont thinking lifting will stunt your growth unless you start seriously at under 13, but, its your body) if you have been getting results off it. Personally, i would workout 3 times per week doing something like chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs/shoulders and making sure you sessions are no more than 50 minutes. Use 7 sets for the big 3, and 4 sets for all the rest. Next, do cardio 2x per week on your off days on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Lastly is your diet. Eat 6 meals aday, each one with a moderate amount of protien and carbs. Probibly about 1gm of protein and 2 grams of carbs per pound of body weight. Drink alot of water, rest, and you'll have that model-like look.
