I was wondering, I started taking some whey protein and i noticed that i started getting a lot more oil production from my skin, I don't like this, is there a link with taking a lot of protein and getting more acne/oily skin?

When you increase your protein intake, you will slightly elevate your testosterone levels (not by too terribly much, but by a small amount). This sometimes means that you might start developing acne and oily skin. It should go away after a while. I hope that helps.

a couple of years, if you get acne don't scratch em or they will spread all over your back and invade the rest of your body, leaving you ugly for life.
