Should I go with all those fancy creatines that have special formulas and everything or should I just go with 100% CREATINE MONOHYDRATE? And is Prolabs CREATINE any good?THANKS!!!!!!!

You wanna use 100% PURE MONOHYDRATE CREATINE Powder. Dunno about Prolabs creatine, never used it.

Prolab's creatine is good; however, I would have to say that the best creatine out there right now is Cell-Tech. They have an advantage over the competition because they add lipoic acid in with it.

NO CELL-TECH.
I used to think it was good until I tried other products. Plus the stupid shit is WAY to expensive.
Just go with prolab's, or EAS's. They will give you a little better gains, while saving you money.
How else could you go wrong (insert joke here)?

Interested in buying a product that will help me with my training. I took creatine over a period of 6 weeks and although i had positive results i believe I put on too much weight. I want a product that will help me see the same benefits as creatine I.e. performance and recovery but will also help me to lose body fat. I currently weigh around 184lbs and want to lose approx 10lbs in body weight i.e.body fat around my face and waist line and still tone and give my self a better body definition. I will be happy at 176-178lbs with a better shape than I have know
I play rugby at semi pro level and I am subject to drug testing under IOC guidelines therefore I need a safe and legal product.
I have been reading about many products I.e xenadrine, z-masspm, hydroxycut, hydrocuts, prolab creavate and others, although after reading this you may feel a better product would suit my needs.
a quick response to this e-mail would be most appreciative
Many Thanks

I use 100% Creatine Monohydrate and want to find the best, cost effective supplements to take with this to maximise the effects. Also, is it necessary to increase protein intake at the same time as taking the Creatine for any reason other than body weight increases and so pound for pound, you should increase protein intake? Any hints appreciated.

are the liquid creatines as good as the powder. Is loading required with liquid. By the way, what company makes the best liquid creatine, if any.

Liquid creatine is a scam and doesnt work. I tried both straight up creatine and creatine with the extras (ALA and dextrose ect). The creatine with extras worked alot better. It was Scitec Express. Its the same thing as Cell Tech only cheaper. You can go to AST site and find out more about liquid creatine and why it doesnt work.

Celltech is perhaps the best.
