when should i take whey protein? How many times throught the day and what amounts should i take at on time?

Its best to take six meals a day, spreading the protein equally throughout the day. Taking between 30/50g a meal depending on your body size. It is generally accepted 1g/pound of body weight per day (from all sources). Taking extremly high doses of protein can cause kidney damage. Due to the fact digestion of protein causes a natural waste product ammonia. Which is excreted from the body in your urine. GOOD LUCK LIFT HARD!!!
